Acceptable use policy

Not permitted

• Attacks against other networks, including denial-of-service traffic of any kind.
• Distributing malware, phishing content, or stolen credentials.
• Content that is illegal under UK law, or that infringes someone else’s copyright.
• Reselling or sharing a service in a way that exceeds the resources allocated to it.

Abuse reports

Reports are investigated. Where a service is confirmed to be causing harm, it may be suspended while the matter is resolved.

Suspension and termination

Serious or repeated breaches result in termination without refund. Where possible you will be contacted first and given the chance to fix the problem.
