Refund policy
Hosting is sold with a money-back window. This page states the position plainly rather than burying it.
The money-back window
New hosting services can be cancelled for a full refund within a fixed window of the first payment. The exact length of that window is being finalised and will be stated here before services go on sale.
What is not refundable
- Development and media work, which is quoted and scoped separately.
- Renewal payments after the initial window has passed.
- Services suspended or terminated for breach of the acceptable use policy.
How to request one
Open a billing ticket. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
