What is collected

- Payment data, handled by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers.
- Support correspondence, including Discord messages and tickets.
- Server and access logs kept for security and abuse handling.
Why
To provide and bill for the services you order, to answer support requests, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
How long
Enquiry and support records are kept for 24 months. Billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where there is no legal reason to keep it.
