Who you are contracting with

Next Level Gaming is a trading name of Next Level Design Studio Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 14297568.

Services and billing

Hosting is billed monthly in advance. Services renew automatically until cancelled. Development and media work is governed by its own written quote.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content and configuration of your server, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for complying with the acceptable use policy.

Data and backups

Backups are taken as described on the relevant plan. You remain responsible for keeping your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. Otherwise liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service.
